Four Seven Africa is a project and construction management consultancy firm. It was formed in 2019 by 3 entrepreneurs with a background in project management. Our objective as Four Seven company is to provide End-to-End Project Management services in Africa and beyond.

Providing end to end project delivery service. This involves project conception, design development, implementation and project delivery.
Four seven Africa has the capacity to form teams that can design a project, implement and deliver in collaboration with qualified Engineers, Architects, Quantity surveyors, contractors and Health & Safety experts.
Our main aim in providing Project Management services is to walk with the client throughout the project life cycle and making sure the cost, time and scope are properly managed and achieved.

Four Sevens Africa incorporates the client approved project team to work together in achieving the project deliverables. We provide a dedicated project manager to help the client manage the project(s).
Transition & Facilities Management
Post construction, we shall extend our services to the client by providing a project manager involved during the implementation to help in the project transition process.
There is always a gap in various projects caused by exit of project team at the end of project. We come in to bridge this gap by ensuring consistency of a project manager conversant with the project to guide the transition process.

Four Seven Africa is happy to guide the project management team in both public and private sector to help them become better and solve arising project management issues. We have a qualified project management team well versed in aspects of project coaching. Our advisory role will focus on;
- Working with organizations that require mentorship and coaching in project management.
- Working with institutions that require a revamp of their project management syllabus to suite and prepare the student for the market.
- Organizations that require development of project management office (PMO)

Our team is comprised of certified project managers and registered Engineers with over many years of experience acquired from managing projects. Our aim as a team is to tailor each project as per the needs of the client through collaborative approach and a broad knowledge transfer. Our team is capable of adapting agility in dynamic projects environment in order to achieve results within the set project costs, time and scope.
